4.       Pricing and Payment

You commit to remunerating the Company for the Services as delineated in project proposals, statements of work, or invoices.

Invoices will be generated in accordance with the payment schedule stipulated in project proposals or statements of work.

The Company retains the prerogative to suspend or discontinue Services in the event of overdue or non-payment.

5.       Liability and Indemnification

The Company’s responsibility for any claims or losses resulting from our Services is restricted to the total amount you have paid for those services.

You pledge to indemnify and release the Company from any claims, expenses, or damages arising due to your utilization of our Services.

6.       Data Protection and Privacy

  7.       Intellectual Property

All intellectual property, encompassing, but not restricted to marketing strategies, content, and creative materials, formulated by the Company throughout the execution of Services, shall unequivocally remain the exclusive property of the Company. This retains unless otherwise explicitly settled in a written agreement.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license, permitting the utilization of materials or content delivered as part of the Services. This license is exclusively for the purposes of your business and is subject to the conditions defined in this Agreement.

  8.       Termination

Either party can terminate a service or project with a 3 day notice.

Termination does not release a client from payment obligations for services rendered up to the termination date (monthly).
